And in these times where the proof and it's manifestation is hidden,  harshness types laws are not to be implemented by those who if they implemented, would only make people incline to evil and rebellion more, like Jesus said, let those who have not done such evil to cast the first stone.

It's meant for a Guide from God to implement and interpret correctly.

You can't prove slavery was practiced by Mohammad and his companions, by Quran and I said the opposite, I said you can't deduce from Quran that slavery let alone sexual slavery was allowed from my studies.

But I think historically, slavery was necessary in old times. It was a necessary evil. An evil, to deter those who would wanted to the same out of attacking, it would be a consequence in defense.

Of course, conquest is the worse. And slavery by attacking nations who want peace and didn't do anything wrong to you is the worse.

I thought about it now, and I am thinking the Shiites and Sunnis and Quranists who says Quran never legitimized slavery are right.

I have to research more into this. There hadiths from Imam Reda (as) that no one should be taken as slave and we should all be equal in society to a Caliph who was separating slaves to not eat with them. I didn't know about this hadith before.

I am going to do more research and I apologize to everyone for defending something I had no knowledge of it being justified.

But there are always in the poison,  cures.  Like the Bible, it has the truth and falsehood.

A hadith makes you bias, but I just found out hadiths that teach the opposite.

It's like Khums. There is opposite hadiths about this issue, some teaching to be just spoils of war and not just for Syeds, and others with the interpretation they have now, except none of the legitimize scholars taking people's money for religion which is forbidden through Quran in a theme, and there is a whole theme of how Prophet's never asked a wage, but it was always the people who claim to represent them who take money for themselves from the people.

Sura 90, The Quran:
( 11 )   But he has not broken through the difficult pass.
( 12 )   And what can make you know what is [breaking through] the difficult pass?
( 13 )   It is the freeing of a slave
( 14 )   Or feeding on a day of severe hunger
( 15 )   An orphan of near relationship
( 16 )   Or a needy person in misery
( 17 )   And then being among those who believed and advised one another to patience and advised one another to compassion.
