Carter is said to be in frail health and unable to travel outside of Georgia.

Wait, Trump is going to pardon Jack Johnson?!? LMAO

I can already hear the WH-approved talking point: Liberals keep lying about the President's views on race. How can President Trump be a racist if he's willing to pardon Jack Johnson?

For good measure, they could get that spineless sellout Paris Dennard to say it on Don Lemon's show.

You fucking suck as a President when you don't get invited to an event like this.

Y'all know how much I hate Trump so I'm not one to stand up for him on much but I will say it goes against tradition for a standing president to attend the funeral of a former first lady. The current first lady goes to pay condolences for the family.

"Trump's absence isn't unusual for a sitting president. The last president to attend a first lady's funeral was John F. Kennedy, who went to Eleanor Roosevelt's service in 1962.

Former president Barack Obama did not attend Nancy Reagan's funeral in 2016 or Betty Ford's in 2011, and Bill Clinton did not attend the funeral of Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis. Clinton did speak at a graveside service for her at Arlington National Cemetery in 1994."
“What screws us up the most in life is the picture in our head of what it's supposed to be.”

Also if your signature makes my scrolling mess up "you're tacky and I hate you."

I don’t think you understand how the game is played.

I apologize.
