And... In Harry Potter, some movies anyway, they have a spiral staircase going up to the "Astronomy Tower". Sometimes it's a single spiral, sometimes a double, in the same scene*. Isn't someone supposed to check that kind of thing?

In the show Santa Clarita Diet the boy paused his video game. The camera pans over to the girl in the doorway, and when the camera returns to the boy's television the video game is paused at a different area.
