There are lots of people who drink beer but are not alcoholic. There are lots of people who smoke joints but are not drug addicts. There are lots of people who go to casinos but are not gambling addicts. There are lots of people who watch porn but are not porn addicts. 

If you want to say that the brains of porn addicts are different than the brains of those who don't watch porn, fine. No argument. But that's not what you claimed. You claimed watching porn changes the brain. Period. That's a very different claim. Either prove it or STFU.

Can;t remember where I read it, and certainly wouldn;t vouch for it as fact...but there was an estimate that a third of internet traffic at some point was/is porn.  If that were even remotely true, and porn was the meth of videos...I figure we;d have already seen the fall of civilization.
