Has there been a rule change again in the game?
I thought if you kick it out of bounds not in the end zone, on a regular kick off it came out to the 30? I just saw where they brought it out to the 40. Is that new? Well you can take your Brady and.... No wait, can we have him?
I will be in as long as I can remember to turn in my picks.

How the hell did the Baltimore Ravens, or any team for that matter get 5 preseason games?
My picks are in PM Tibs, Rubber Ducky(John) says he'll have his in Tues or Wed, Thurs morning at the latest. I'm very interested in who gets cut from the Raven's roster this year as many rookies showed a lot of promise in the preseason. The big debate for my team was whether or not they were going to have two or three qb's. Johnson stepped it up and I'm really hoping they will keep him on. Yea well, I bet they still do better. Year after year Washington never fires on all cylinders. Draft after draft. We could put Montana behind our offensive line and still suck.
My picks are in.

Not sure if you are serious or not about this but, I'll answer anyway. Every year in Canton they have a "Hall of Fame game" 1 week before the rest of the pre-season games start. It is played by 2 teams with former players that are being inducted that season. Bears= Urlacher and Ravens= Lewis. Anyone with any chance of being a starter for that season are just standing on the sidelines for that game. If you are a fan of the NFL it is an awesome weekend if you can make it (skip the overpriced HOF game with future car salesmen dressed in your teams jerseys). The parade Sat. morning is fun if you can get up that early. The actual HOF is awesome although if you can see that on another visit it would be better as it is jammed packed that weekend with the fire marshalls keeping people out until someone leaves. The induction speeches are nice. There are huge tents of NFL and HOP items for sale. Autograph sessions if you are into that kind of thing.(They're not free) There is a BBQ lunch with some of the playerthe lunchs(not sure how many or what happens because we missed it) The Sunday morning roundtable luncheon was our favorite part. After the food they had all the inductees sit around on a stage in the middle of the room and Steve Mariucci was the MC. He casually asked the new HOFers questions and started up discussions with all of them and it was really cool. Being a Bucs fan I made it for the year Warren Sapp was inducted. I had planned to go back for Brooks but the funds didn't allow. Now I am hoping for Lynch and Barber(the same year would be perfect) |
