We got Monday off because Remembrance Day fell on Sunday this year.  I have a clarinet lesson this evening, and in the meantime am puttering around -- washing bedding, mudding a few drywall seams, other odd jobs.

Just got back from the Mall of America. Spent a bit of time having a Chai tea before shopping, but managed to browse all three floors in 2 hours. An hour less than my usual.

Just had a very late lunch. Lasagna and salad. I love salads, and I've become especially fond of ranch dressing, as well as bleu cheese dressing. Having neither in-house, I settled for Italian. Something I will fix on Thursday.

I'm cheap. Generic or on sale. I've never tried Newman's dressings, but I'm skeptical. There is a line of dressings or two that I like, but they're outside my budget. One, reasonable dressing is Vidalia onion, but I like generic ranch just fine.
