Morality

RE: Morality
@Agnistico
You're as mistaken regarding roman and greek morality as you are about ours.

In any case, the question appears to be "who is right and who is wrong" - and the answer depends on who you ask.  If morality is objective, then facts of the matter in question determine that.  If morality is relative, then facts of the society determine that.  If morality is subjective, then "right and wrong" have no comparative value between individuals.

A christian morality™ is a relative morality, individual christians, however..generally take the third option..with a subjective morality.
I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. I am the Queen of Battle. I am what my country expects me to be, the best trained Soldier in the world. In the race for victory, I am swift, determined, and courageous, armed with a fierce will to win. Never will I fail my country’s trust. Always I fight on…through the foe, to the objective, to triumph overall. If necessary, I will fight to my death. By my steadfast courage, I have won more than 200 years of freedom. I yield not to weakness, to hunger, to cowardice, to fatigue, to superior odds, For I am mentally tough, physically strong, and morally straight. I forsake not, my country, my mission, my comrades, my sacred duty. I am relentless. I am always there, now and forever. I AM THE INFANTRY! FOLLOW ME!

The law

What exactly about "the law" is Christian? Be specific, because this is such a vague answer you've given.

I'ts irrelevant now anyway. The west is in decline economically and socially and I don't think there is any chance of turning back.
I don't think it will hapen in our lifetime but the west will fall to either China or Islam.

Don't have time now to read creation articles. Just give me a couple examples so we can discuss them specifically here because I can guarantee you that whatever it is you think is exclusively Christian is either not exclusively Christian or it is but has nothing to do with what we intuit to be morality.

Those articles are about morals, not creation. They are long papers to read but interesting.
This is much shorter and explains something else. Why there is no such thing as collective atheist morals.
Im not saying atheists are criminals. Im just saying there is no written document that all atheists can agree on.

Im not talking about personal morals. Im talking about the morals in society which is reflected by our law. Just to be clear.
"Exclusively" is an interesting point. Im not sure if i said that. But I would have to agree these morals are not exclusively Christian. I see them in all the main religions.

The formation of kingdoms in Europoe where all based on Christianity. England, France, Italy, Poland, Hungary, Bulgaria, etc.
And how they put aside their differences to fight the immediate threat and common enemy in Islam
In particular the Iberian nations which were formed through the sheding of Islamic blood in the reconquista during the crusades.

This is why the anti theism, the hate, the anger. It frustrates me. It pays no regard to the fact that none of us would even be here if not for Christianity.
Im proud of my ancestors who did their part in Iberia. And all the other crusades that fought on several fronts to stop Islam invading Europe.
Im proud of my forefathers who formed the oldest military alliance which still stands today. I see Americans, they lack the pride they once had in themselves.

The only thing that angers me about the crusades is even though they stopped the invasion they couldn't eradicate Islam.

Have u heard of Henry the 8th. Theres a classic indication of how England was founded on Christian values.
Henry left the papal authority and created his own church just so he could alter some morals.

Lets take gay marriage as an example. Atheism itself has no position on this topic. All the religions are against it.
It was put to the public in Australia a few years back. As it turned out more people voted yes.
But a fair few people from all walks of life also voted no. Both sides feel they hare morally correct.

Who is right or wrong? Some atheists would vote yes, others no. How does atheism decide?
Is there a successful atheist society in the past where we can refer to?

At work.

There are too many over simplifications and flat out 'Wrongness' in the above post to adequately adress.

As for the public opinion on same-sex relation ships?

It has nothing to do with 'Morals' but everything to do with simply treating all people equally.

Pretty much the same stuff as last century seeing different cultural groups finally gaining equal rights/recognition.

RE: Morality
The more time some person spends worrying about the "sexual deviancy" of others the stronger the case for pulling their hetero card becomes.  The time I spend thinking about other guys dicks and what they may be doing with them, daily...is zero.

At any rate..is there something in either video that contradicts the fact that both societies mentioned were deeply and ironically homophobic?  I won't be watching either of them...so, you'll have to summarize yourself.
I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. Ur stuck on personal morals. These are morals in our society.

You conveniently skipped the part about gay trans kids though. Do agree with that?

Do u think all atheists all have the same morals?

I don't think I ever got a reply as to whether English is your native language Agnostico?
