1920s is the start of the bulk of those who will fight in the war in the late teens and early 20s. as the war for us did not start till dec 7 1941. meaning from 1920 to december 1 1941 there where war widows.
As fr as broken homes there where 12 divorced couples for every 1000 married in the country at that time you stupid non fact checking idiot!
https://www.cdc.gov/nchs/data/series/sr_21/sr21_024.pdf
https://www.tandfonline.com/doi/abs/10.1...ode=uasa20
in navada at the time (free sex) the divorce rate was 6000+ OUT OF 100,000 people One Hundred Thousand so 6% that was the highest divorce rate in country!!!
As of 2010 there are over 500 divorced people per every 1000
So from 1.2% to over 50%
You live in a fantasy of left wing anti church propaganda and blind faith... look shite up once and a while dummy! don't just believe everything you hear
Broken homes are from a multitude of reasons having nothing to do with a fictional sky wizard.
1. Kids get sold the idea of marriage as a utopia.
2. Many get married not understanding compatibility issues and economics. That lack of preparedness leads to conflicts and even abuse of the spouse and or kids themselves.
Kids should not be taught that marriage is the only way to prove oneself worthy. Adults should be treating others like failures if a relationship isn't working out.
REAL LIFE is about communication skills and economic stability, and also the ability to know and accept when a relationship isn't working.
Marriage does not automatically create happy endings.
Your magic book of mythology does not explain anything about what constitutes a healthy relationship.
And yes I am anti church. Just like I am anti Yoda. I am not anti human rights if that is what you stupidly want to imply. I have no desire to write laws banning any religion, but I am under no obligation to refrain from objecting to bad logic.
You do not get to blame me for the old mythology I was not around to write in antiquity. You also don't buy the mythology of the Ancient Egyptians. I don't see you flipping out if I say the Egyptian God/s were not real.
I am also anti-tooth fairy and anti-unicorn.
moving the goal post sport and creating a straw man to redirect the question.
Look at how dishonest you scum bags have to be to try and save face after I kicked it is with science and fact.
READ THE OP Dummy my answer is directed to the OP, and you are trying to redefine the OP with logical fallacies.
The question was why does God care about sex
The answer I gave was family based and then went into detail about how the family works, none of which has anything to do with religion you stupid t-what. everything I posted is based on scientific research concerning how modern nuclear families work.
Then either you are too stupid to understand this or simply did not read it and assumed everything I said was about God.
What I said here represents 60 years of research. like it or not what I said is well documented.

Not moving any posts.
1. Marriage is not a patent owned by one religion. It was around long before your dead man on a stick mythology.
2. Marriage has no magic power to create Disney movie endings. It is real work and requires cooperation, good communication skills, and compatibility. and good economics.
You are simply pissed that we don't buy your old mythology. Too bad, that is your baggage, not ours.

More revisionism...
The reason there was less divorces before WWII is because a bunch of mysoginistic bastards wrote the laws giving no rights whatsoever to women.
Thus you had "nice Christian men" who could beat the shit out of their wives and kids with impunity - as women did not have access to the courts to file a divorce.
It had nothing to do with " sanctity of marriage" or any other spooky, made up bullshit you attribute to your invisible avenger.....

I am divorced, and glad we did. I had no right to force my x to stay married to me when her feelings for me had changed. I am not a selfish prick. Her happiness long term was important to me, so no fucking way would I force her to be miserable. I don't need your old book of mythology to tell me right from wrong. It was right to let her go, she was not my property nor my subordinate.

They’re gay and therefore have no rights.

I don't like the taste of vinager, but I would never tell any one else that they should not use vinager.
Everyone seems obsessed with sex, we as a society deem a variety of sexual activities as immoral or illegal, such as sex between siblings, minors, with animals, etc...it’s all our buisness up to a point perhaps.

Boru and I would point out your are completely ignorant of the situation, you have studied nothing you have read nothing on the subject and you are speak from you own little comfort zone. IE, you don't want this to be true so you are arguing out of a blind faith that this is not true.
Here however is the reality:
It has been documented from the 1960 in america the black family is dissolving largely from a culture of free sex/non married sex, as a result there is a stedy economic and social decline in the poor black communities. in fact some studies show that poor black people are living far worse off today in modern america than they did in the 1960 and 1970s. This phenoma is not localized to black people but is a common truth in any group of people where the family unit is allowed to decay.

I haven’t read the others yet, but I found that first article to be laden with racist insinuations. Is it just me?
