No, that they have no problem switching Leiters, so why not Bonds? Wasn't there a female Leiter?

Lucasfilm’s Kathleen Kennedy confirms Indiana Jones 5 is not a reboot

What a relief! I was so frightened that we'll get some corny millennial reboot but everything is ok now that I know Ford is back to whip the bad guys and do some pseudoscience. Maybe he could team up with that aliens-meme-guy.

It says in the article that Harrison Ford 'can't wait' to get started on the film.  Since he's 77 years old, I can imagine why.
