Modder Skyrim. Completely ignoring both main quest, the civil war, and all sense of law and decency to fulfil my destiny of necromancy and death magick.
No weapons except staves, no armor, no abusing alchemy/smithing/enchanting, blah blah. Currently at 400 Magicka, 100 health, and 50 stamina - but I can build an army of undead. Yet, I can get one-shot critted by a mudcrab. A Nord with a war hammer is a 100% guaranteed one-shot.
But I have an undead army
C'mon, you know you want to.

Playing Mindustry. Nice game that can be quite the sandbox. And you can have it on mobile although PC playability is better. Simple, but complex at later stages and you can do PvP.

Satisfactory is fun. Too bad it isn't server friendly... yet.
I tried Atlas and after crafting a large boat I watched as, right after launch, the thing freaks out and starts rolling along the beach smashing itself to smithereens. Don't build too close to the beach!
I've been digging Elite Dangerous for a couple of weeks now.

Me and my wife play that one and the sequel too called: 'Start with beer or wine then finish with 10 shots of scotch!'
Its a little advanced, you might not like it.
We also bought the DLC: 'Now with 75% distillate vape pen'

Persona 5: Royal. Atlus is one of the few companies who can make me buy slightly updated versions of their games 2 years later, even after pouring over a hundred hours into it.

Right about now, I'm mostly replaying older games. If I hear good buzz about it, I'll probably be playing the Final Fantasy 7 remake soon, though. Fingers crossed; I really want it to be good.
