Aw, beaten to the punch by Min again!

I'd like to think I'd be inspired by such luminaries as Stan Laurel (né Arthur Stanley Jefferson): as he lay dying, he said to his nurse "I wish I was out skiing." She asked, "Do you ski, Mr Laurel?" and he replied "No, but I'd rather be doing that than this."

I've also always loved this little speech from the first Doctor, William Hartnell, though it was neither his nor his character's last words: "One day, I shall come back; yes, I shall come back. Until then, there must be no regrets, no tears, no anxieties. Just go forward in all your beliefs, and prove to me that I am not mistaken in mine." But I might not have the time to get all of that in.
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist.  This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair.  Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second.  That means there's a situation vacant.'
