If you are going to make kugelis - don't go draining off the bacon grease and throwing it away in an attempt to make the kugelis "healthy".

Let it cook in and make the bottom crust up like it is SUPPOSED to...

There is something shallow and pedantic about social media platforms, that I have grown to despise. Facebook wasn't always like it is now. I still remember the more casual Myspace (gasp), but it lost to the aggressive and clickbaity ad-revenue engineered "growth" of, particularly, Facebook and later Twitter, and the other re-inventions of 'social' media on the Internet market that I never got around to "use" (I'm looking at you Tiktok & Instagram).

"christian vs atheist"? If I'm gonna go out blazing, it might just as well be with a message of dissent about FB and this whole shitshow.

I'll keep ya posted.
