to what standard? do you think a doctor in nigeria can just come here and practice medicine? law? could a nigerian accountant come here with a basic degree in accounting find a job? do their diploma's count? do their college credits even transfer? no not according to a guy i hired who had a master's engineering degree from their top school, who had a top government job, who came here worked initially at dunkin donuts because no one would hire him as an engineer. he ultimately had to go back to school and get recertified in everything while working two jobs. if you missed the point i was making with my own family all you have to do is ask for a more direct point. as not everyone is able to connect their own dots.. in my family i had a microcosm of what ales our society. on one hand i had a mother who worked with the culture who was not of the primary race and even in the 70s and 80s were asian hate was very high, as we just came off50 years of war with one asian country or another. she was able to thrive even though she only adopted the culture. while her parents did not and as a result were not welcomed by our primary culture and felt ostracized leaving them to only deal with others like them.. this demonstrates race is not the deciding factor but a willingness to work with in the larger construct/society rather than demanding the primary culture bend to a subcultural need/want.

This country does not oppose people on race in mass anymore. haven't for a long long time. the conflict we face is over culture. a culture many black asian white and latino have accepted. the anger and strife is based on trying to force the majority to adopt the subculture. which again also includes black asian white and latino.

here lately native born americans have developed their own subculture no different than any other immigrant who come here and refuses to adopt our collective mix culture. and like all other sub cultures it is not embraced. till recently and of course by the news media and dims.. people who hold literal criminals convicted rapists and murders up as heros, because they fight and die at the hands of police. the same police who fight for the melting pot culture we all share in. 60 years ago men like malcom X and MLKJr fought to be equal with white people. today this sub culture (as not all black people are apart of it and it inculdes nut bags of all other races including bleeding heart whites) this sub culture pushes for segregation now.

again my way says race is not apart of the selection process only people who meet the bar/qualifications for a job will be considered. this could mean only black only white only latino or asian or it can mean a mix of all or genders. as the deciding factor is the bar/minimum requirements. and as a candidate's skill set exceeds the bar his opportunity to win this job also increases despite his race.

You are saying that if too many white people qualify a less qualified person of a different race, based on the number of white and their diversity alone is you deciding fact... this literally means you are lowering the bar for the non white people. because all whities had to meet or exceed a stringent standard but the minority is graded on a much lower bar because the color of his skin qualifies him to only be better than his contemporaries.

what about Asian students admission being limited at Harvard because they would be the majority at the university?

what about the number of miles, pushups, pull ups, timed trials/obstacle course being reduced for women?

what about the demand to hire a person of color despite qualification or lack of it for every 15 people that you employ? 

what about forcing banks to give loans to people based on the color of their skin, and not their job/work history income or credit score?

What about scholarships and grants based on again not grades but skin color

what about grants to start a business/borrowed money you do not have to pay back again not based on any merit or experience but skin color and paper work?

what about covid relief for black owned only businesses? (not even minority just black)
