If it was Tyrone Cosby - that poor fuck would get out when shit sticks to the moon.....
That’s not what happened. It isn’t that Cosby was released early, as if on some sort of parole. His conviction was vacated because his Constitutional protection against self-incrimination was violated.

To be honest, I am tired of constantly playing judge and jury. Now the court supposedly released him because they didn’t do their job properly, so if the supreme court can’t do their job anymore… just fuck it. To me, it seems “miracle” that he was in the prison that long considering how rich and famous he is, and that probably played the role in his release—but as I said, I fed up with playing judge and jury.
teachings of the Bible are so muddled and self-contradictory that it was possible for Christians to happily burn heretics alive for five long centuries. It was even possible for the most venerated patriarchs of the Church, like St. Augustine and St. Thomas Aquinas, to conclude that heretics should be tortured (Augustine) or killed outright (Aquinas). Martin Luther and John Calvin advocated the wholesale murder of heretics, apostates, Jews, and witches. - Sam Harris, "Letter To A Christian Nation"

From the article, it sounds like the justice system is messed up. There is a serious loophole here.
Prosecutor 1 decides not to prosecute.
This means Cosby could be "forced" to testify in a civil trial
The results of the testimony are then used by Prosecutor 2 -- but by being "forced" to testify in the civil trial, it is deemed self-incrimination, so that testimony could not be used.
WTF were they supposed to do differently? This seems like a great way to get away with any crime. They might as well say "any testimony you are forced to give in a civil trial cannot be used against you in a court of law". That's messed up.

Rumor has it he's already working on a Cosby Show Sequel. The intro has already been leaked:
