OFC, this is just a silly story about people being silly. It's probably not any more true than it's own contents. It's pretty clear that big mo's right hand men saw the political value of the belief system. Immediately schismatic.... as they declared their own rightful successions to a very earthly throne on the back of competing claims over divine warrant. I consider this hadith to be clinching evidence for the truth of Islam, there is simply no honest objection to it.

It's nice the writer was able to accurately count joints, but that's early science, not prophecy. The writer wasn't ever the first to arrive at an accurate count:

People of any age are a mix of perfectly rational science-based beliefs and utter horseshit. The Arabs were an exception to this rule.
