Why Trump will win in 2024.

And if so, will their hatred of a republican party that rejected Trump outweigh their hatred of Biden? At very least, I can see a split ticket with Trump running as a third party candidate. If another republican candidate loses the cult-like Trump following, they can't win anything. And that doesn't even consider the age group polling. Gen Z loathes Trump, baby boomers love him. As time passes and nature takes its course, there will be more gen Z voters and fewer baby boomer voters. My kids are gen z and they're just baffled by the idea of being against homosexuality but the republican party is specifically hostile to LGBT people; it's part of the party platform. Gen z is pro-choice and republicans aren't. Gen z wants an economy that is more beneficial to young people and students and poor people but the republicans just want more trickle down. The republican party is either going to have to make drastic changes or they won't be able to hang onto power for more than a few more years.

Sadly, a lot of boomers do fit your assessment.

If they were smart, the GOP upper crust would use Trump's own tactics to gently hammer home that Trump isn't the savior of the party, but could very well be its undoing. It may be too late for this psy-op to work, though, at least in this cycle. Boru

The problem there is that Trump has been extremely good at taking in the messages spread by right wing media and using them in his campaign. It’s going to be difficult to get a group of Republican voters to unquestioningly follow Fox News, Newsmax and OAN while getting them to reject a presidential candidate who has been using their talking points for years. If republican media changes their message, Trump will just change his messaging with it.

We all agree that if Trump is still alive and running in 2024 that he is bound to lose the popular vote. Question is whether he will win in the Electoral College; try it out for yourselves:
