Are you sure you're not mistaking Humanism with Transhumanism? I'm pretty sure you are. You asked how any of us know consciousness can come out of light? Well, I'm guessing most people on here can't. I think the origins of life are inscrutable, but that shouldn't make us think that Creationism is true...because the Earth is older than that anyway! Are you going to dismiss an ancient universe because science can't answer one question of yours, whilst ignoring everything else which completely obliterates Creationism?
