Preparing a turkey breast for later. I'm kind of winging it. This is my first bone-in whole breast. I basted it with a butter and herb mix, but it also came with a basting sauce. I tented it with aluminum foil, and I'll see how the skin looks after an hour of cooking. I may or may not add the basting sauce.

Turkey, stuffing, and gravy. I turned the heat up too high at the end and singed the skin, which is unfortunate as even burned it's very tasty. The meat is super juicy, though.

A nice fillet of salmon (baked in the oven- it's pissing down rain, so the grille isn't going to be used) and boiled red beets.
If you get to thinking you’re a person of some influence, try ordering somebody else’s dog around.
I had a nice filet of salmon with a honey lime gastrique, along with sauteed vegetables - carrots, red onion, baby zucchini, and chayote.

You're living the life there! I can no longer eat onions or tomatoes, which truly stinks. I used to love pico de gallo salsa. I also have problems with carrots. WTAF?

My wife is an amazing cook, and we were thrilled to find good salmon here (at Costco) for those times when I'm tired of tuna and mahi mahi. I used to have issues with GERF from acidic foods until I started taking Omeprazole daily.

teachings of the Bible are so muddled and self-contradictory that it was possible for Christians to happily burn heretics alive for five long centuries. It was even possible for the most venerated patriarchs of the Church, like St. Augustine and St. Thomas Aquinas, to conclude that heretics should be tortured (Augustine) or killed outright (Aquinas). Martin Luther and John Calvin advocated the wholesale murder of heretics, apostates, Jews, and witches. - Sam Harris, "Letter To A Christian Nation"
