You don't need to be certifiable to be a little paranoid in Muslim countries such as these. A little neuroticism paired with a conspiratorial mindset and suddenly chicken little has come to town.

No. From 2004,  i start tepoeting to important orgonization all superpower countries. 

i have seen after a shout or starnge speak sound. in frequency outside range of human hearing, in several diffrent locations none/few/many persons did horrorly reactions.
These show in ear of them maybe a micro device that convert for suppose consider 10000Hz to 2000Hz by deviding or subtracting a constant number.

There are many method for unwitting installing on ear/near lyrax of people: kinder gaurden, souldier-period or univercity or any location that have been be able to semiconscious victims.
