Um, if a Harry Potter novel was thousands of years old, would you consider that thousands of years of evidence for Harry Potter?

Of course I would. Why wouldn't I? I know unbelievers don't like definitions but for the sake of argument let's have some.

Evidence: the available body of facts or information indicating whether a belief or proposition is true or valid.

Truth: the quality or state of being true; that which is true or in accordance with fact or reality; a fact or belief that is accepted as true.

So, what's the evidence on Potter? He's a fictional character. It's like Santa Claus. You can't deny the existence of Santa Claus and be surrounded by him. Especially during that warm and fuzzy corporate time of year. It isn't so much a question of literal existence, it's a question of definition. The evidence of God's literal existence is abundant, but that don't mean much.

Sure. Uh . . . I, as Kratos, have personally ripped the head off Medusa many, many times. On the other hand Jacob beat an angel in a wrestling match, so I think it would be a close call. Except for the fact that Medusa and Kratos are the stuff of myth and video games while angels . . . but angels? Well, now angels are real!

Technically, anti-theists are against theism, not theists.

I don't really buy that. It's a sociopolitical struggle. A class struggle of sorts.

They think no one should believe in any gods, but it doesn't imply they would do anything 'about the theists' in additon to just being disapproving of their theistic belief.

What would be the motivation for that? Who cares what another believes. I'm not anti-atheism or anti-atheist.

Even more technically (and definitely more pedantically), you wouldn't actually have to be an atheist to be an anti-theist; you could believe a god or God exists and also think no one should believe it. I'm not sure there actually is such a person in real life, though.

Or you could be a theist who thinks all other theists are idiots and wrong more often than not. And hypocritical, judgmental, fake, war mongering, politically motivated, narrow minded unqualified self appointed moral police of the planet.
