One thing is, I'm not certain of my grandmother's maiden name, but if memory serves it is "Descoteaux". Another thing are grandparents names on my mother's side, as well as death dates for all four grandparents.
You can often get names from obituaries...as in, they were preceded in death by their parents John and Jane Doe, brothers, sisters, siblings. So if you know of one person you can link some names and work backward from there.
An initial look at the obits for that county didn't yield any results.

Preliminary sketches for a suit of armour. Looks like I’m gonna have to teach myself how to make chainmail. Whee!

You can hammer them out from wire ad infinitum, but guys I knew in the Ren Faire hobby cut the rings from metal springs.
If you get to thinking you’re a person of some influence, try ordering somebody else’s dog around.

I’m already set up to draw wire, so I’ll likely go with that.

Dinner is on. I haven't felt like cooking lately, but I decided to just ignore my feelings and push onward through the fog.

You can always up the difficulty level and go with rivetted chainmail.

Since I was going to rivet the rings anyway (half of them), this doesn’t really increase the difficulty.

Setting up and descaling my old coffee maker. I don't need a 12-cup coffee maker, but I suspect it will produce better coffee than the Keurig that I've been using in the morning.

A Keurig wouldn’t work for me. I’m non-functional until my second pot of coffee.

Having brunch on a rooftop terrace across from the Palacio Nacional and Basilica in Cuidad Mexico.
