The spectacle of rick fucking scott calling for cuts under the guise of eliminating waste, fraud, and abuse is just too delicious. Pleads the fifth 75 times as the company he ran was saddled with a 600million dollar fine. Manages to bag a ten million dollar cash severance and held stock worth 350million - now telling his constituents that they're a bunch of useless lazy thieves on the take....and they fucking love it!

The MAGAts seem upset that the governor of New York has set aside $50 million to provide legal counsel for people at risk of deportation.
They don’t seem at all upset that Trump’s golf outings in the last five months have cost taxpayers $52 million.

Quote:President Trump on Saturday declared U.S. strikes on Iran’s key nuclear facilities were a “spectacular military success,” but warned in an address to the nation that he could order further action if Tehran does not agree to a satisfactory peace agreement.
“Our objective was the destruction of Iran’s nuclear enrichment capacity and a stop to the nuclear threat posed by the world’s number one state sponsor of terror,” Trump said in remarks from the Cross Hall at the White House. “Tonight, I can report to the world that the strikes were a spectacular military success.”
The president had announced hours earlier on Truth Social that the U.S. had bombed three Iranian nuclear facilities: Fordow, Natanz, and Esfahan. In his remarks on Saturday night, Trump said those facilities “have been completely and totally obliterated.”
Trump, who was joined by Vice President Vance, Secretary of State Marco Rubio and Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth for his remarks, warned that Saturday’s strikes could be the first in a wave of actions against Iran, which has been locked in conflict with Israel for nearly two weeks.

If anyone thinks there won't be blowback from this, they need to read the Congressional 9/11 report.
ETA: Though part of me wonders if this isn't pushing back against TACO.

Well, the parade was a colossal flop, so Commander Bone Spurs had to find another way to pretend to be a tough guy.
And *pfft* goes that Nobel Peace Prize.
