WASHINGTON (AP) — Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene of Georgia, a once-loyal supporter of President Donald Trump who has become a critic, said Friday she is resigning from Congress in January.
Greene, in a more than 10-minute video posted online, explained her decision and said she’s “always been despised in Washington, D.C., and just never fit in.”

That howler monkey (with heartfelt apologies to real howler monkeys) never should have "represented" anyone. OK, shrieking harpy. That lets the monkeys off the hook. What a disgusting example of homo sapiens. Fits into the chump mold, though. Boofuckinghoo is right.

Just another example of an allegedly-strong Republican folding like a cheap sheet in the face of Trumpism. No doubt her mailbag has filled up with hate-mail from Trump supporters who make up most of her constituency anyway.
It's funny how all these people with big words just don't understand the power of language. But at least she gave the Democrats one more solid weapon for use in 2026 ... before she crawled back into her little hole.

I treat this news with the same sense of loss and regret that I would feel at the sudden death of a mad dog.

One crazy cunt less in legislature can't be anything but a boon to the country.

Years of being an enemy of the left, a couple of days being an enemy of the right and she had to hire security.

She’s not really an enemy of the right, but it IS hysterical that she’s trying to position herself as a moderate Republican.

Boru The sad thing is, at this point, maybe criticizing God-Emperor Trump on occasion is what makes a Republican moderate.

Would you look at that pious little boy praying rosary so that his wife doesn't find out about the other women he is screwing.

teachings of the Bible are so muddled and self-contradictory that it was possible for Christians to happily burn heretics alive for five long centuries. It was even possible for the most venerated patriarchs of the Church, like St. Augustine and St. Thomas Aquinas, to conclude that heretics should be tortured (Augustine) or killed outright (Aquinas). Martin Luther and John Calvin advocated the wholesale murder of heretics, apostates, Jews, and witches. - Sam Harris, "Letter To A Christian Nation"
