Electronic Cigarettes, or e-cigs, e-smokes, whatever you want to call them, are tobacco free nicotine vaporizers... and I'm here to tell you that they work!!
I was a heavy smoker for over 30 years. I'm talking 2 or 3 packs per day for something like 11,000 days. In the last decade or so, I tried practically everything to quit. Cold Turkey didn't even come close. The Nicotine Patch only worked for a few weeks. The gum didn't work at all. On and on... nothing could get me off the cigarettes.
Then I heard about the nicotine vaporizers. I looked into them and figured it was worth a shot. I picked one up and have not smoked a cigarette since the 1st of January. 4 months without a cigarette is the longest I have gone since I began smoking as a kid.
It gives me something to hold on to, something to suck on... I can inhale, exhale what looks like smoke, and even blow "smoke rings". It doesn't smell, doesn't stain, and only costs a fraction of what real cigarettes cost.
I'm not posting this so people will say "Good for you!". I already know it's good for me. I can tell, because my smoker's cough is gone. Gone! It's a miracle!
I'm posting this to let the smokers among you know that the nicotine vaporizers actually work. If you want to quit and nothing else is helping... give them a shot. They are the best thing since hickory smoked bacon.
