Not all Gods are creator Gods, so any God could be a theist without believing they were created.

Wouldn't all god need to not be an atheist is belief in himself?

This is a brilliant question! I think the crazies will just say God believes itself exists, so God is therefore a theist, but I feel the same way as shehadri.
