I told you I care about what people do, not what they say. Since if you are not following your own advice, I can not take someone seriously.
Here's what I looked like when I was doing more heavy lifting/basketball:
This was still 5-10% protein for calories, and 80% carbs.
So, I have proven myself both in getting a lean/mean long distance runner body, and being efficient at sports that require higher muscle. I have proven that my diet works, and that I can follow it. In nature, the one who is the alpha male is the one that eats first, eats the most- I need the carbs, it's a war out there.
So, lemme see if I understand this: You're more willing to listen to the advice of a steroid popping neandrethal than you are to listen to the advice of someone with multiple degrees in biology who happes to have a less than perfect body?
*sigh* One facepalm does not show the contempt your comment deserves.

If you're big on distance running it would make sense for you to reduce your mass. Even if you didn't try to do so it would eventually happen, as the body uses both fat and muscle for fuel in a long distance run. There's an interesting side effect to this though, long distance running actually lowers your metabolism (the body attempts to minimize fuel consumption while maximizing gain from said consumption). This is why long distance runners tend to put on weight fast when they aren't running even if they maintain a similar "healthy" diet.

Well, running marathons is sketchy as to whether or not it is good for you- since the story of the Marathon, was that of A courier, that needed to deliver an important message from Athens to Marathon, as he ran the distance and delivered the letter, he shortly died. The first person to do a marathon died- that is a good warning sign. Ultra marathons- and 24 hour running races, are not that good for the body- but I enjoy running long distances- often, to become competitive you need to put yourself in unhealthy positions to get the pro contract or w/e.

The story of marathon has nothing to do with why running them isn't good for you. Nor is it likely that this ever happened. So no, I wouldn't call that a warning sign. You can get a "pro contract" for long distance running at your local recruiters office, tell them you want to be 11b.

None that I would expect a sensible response to, no.

This is page what? None of use have any questions. You have simply been in want of attention. This is not the way to get it. I do not think you can emotionally handle being on the away field. I underestimated your stability.
Look kid, in your real life you need positive support, not the self torture you are needlessly subjecting yourself to here. You have to know that no one, not you, not me, not anyone on this board, not any one on the face of the planet is the center of the universe. Life is diverse and people are all different. You are going to torture yourself trying to fit in or trying to play hero to the world.
You are young and full of idealism and hormones. So was I. But you need to find positive ways to expend your energy.
I highly suggest you move on and simply be yourself and find positive support rather than role models or images to mimic.

Yeah, It's ridiculous I know... "I'm fat, and you are lean- but you should listen to me on how to lose weight!" haha.
I don't ask a homeless person for financial advice. Why would I ask an unhealthy person advice on how to be healthy?
If you are not the example, you shouldn't be advising or teaching anyone. The same way, I would say- if you want to build high muscle mass you should be listening to your fellow zyzz, not me.
