I don't hate either one. I think they're both entertaining as buffoons. I just wish other people would stop taking them seriously.

While shockofgod is not really affecting anybody with his senseless drivel, Ray comfort is actually one of the figure heads in the creationist movements, and many people hear his shit and actually take it in. He is influencing people who might actually be able to escape the vice of religion, but he drags them back into it instead. Also, as has been mentioned, he's making an impressive profit from his useless exploits. If we didn't take psychopathic conmen like him seriously, the world would be full of others of his type who would drain the innocent dry and pull us back down into the dark ages.

Besides, while I don't hate ignorant people in general, I do hate people who make themselves ignorant intentionally, and try to tear down our progress and impose such incredible and arrogant lies upon others around them, especially the emotionally vulnerable, and young children.

I mean, one has a banana fetish with his partner Kirk Cameron, nothing wrong with that, except, that the banana we have today was selectivily breeded by us to look that way: An easy opened fruit!

The other likes to ride bikes, that's a nice way to travel, except when he does his incoherent drivel about shifting the burden of proof and other creationist batshittery. He should be more worried about the physics on a motorcycle ride.
