It truly astonishes me how many adults could believe in such old, ridiculous nonsense.
For example, many creationists will question the legitimacy of evolution with an array of arguments derived from pure ignorance.
I have encountered many creationists before whom have made claims similar to "How did life arise from nothing?" or "What caused the Big Bang?" (pure ignorance), and have gone to ask them what had created their God.
Some have answered with statements similar to "God has always existed", while others have responded with silence.
But wouldn't the probability of simple elements such as hydrogen existing prior to the Big Bang be much higher than the probability of an omnipresent, omnipotent, invincible God having always existed?
It's quite mind-boggling.
Which leads me to also mention, why on earth would people worship such an immoral being?
In Genesis 24:13, God commands that the foreskins of all infants shall be removed.
In Genesis 6 - 9, God creates a global flood that kills all humans on Earth except for an incestful family of eight.
These are just a couple of the awful deeds that their supposed God had done in Genesis alone.
And Christians still believe in that crap.
What a shame.
