Question Mark: Download Gimp maybe? It's free, set up just like Adobe too so easy transition.
Tomorrowland would've been a cool summer trip, granted I know that music well, my cousin dj's so I've had to put up with it because I love him It's way better when you're high though
As for Grey, I just think it's offensive to the max! Not to mention the subpar writing. The only dominant female in the book is a rapist, the dom character is abusive/manipulative, and the book propagates mental illness as being the cause for the kink! Absolute bull. I feel bad for my friends and girls who go thinking that's what kink is and let some dude do unspeakable things to them, thinking that's how its meant to be. Or for the girls who have to overcome the stigma of supposedly having to be mentally ill in order to like that genre.
If I were to create self aware beings knowing fully what they would do in their lifetimes, I sure wouldn't create a HELL for the majority of them to live in infinitely! That's not Love, that's sadistic. Therefore a truly loving god does not exist!
Quote:The sin is against an infinite being (God) unforgiven infinitely, therefore the punishment is infinite.
Dead wrong. The actions of a finite being measured against an infinite one are infinitesimal and therefore merit infinitesimal punishment.
Quote:Some people deserve hell.
I say again: No exceptions. Punishment should be equal to the crime, not in excess of it. As soon as the punishment is greater than the crime, the punisher is in the wrong.

I have a similar fear of open heights, but it is my intention to kick that fear in the beanbag. I want to skydive.
I had a lazy sunday. I fucked around in here and elsewhere on the internet while my wife played Dead Space 3.

Entered it in a dark room listening to trance music. I concentrated my eyes backwards, inverting them into my brain. So many distant stars and a black hole in the middle. I paid attention to the lights, there was one that I followed from the top of the bridge of my nose down to my cheeks. When I concentrated upwards it went to the Hindu spot position.
I felt at peace but my battery went on my phone and I couldn't sleep. I switched on my lamp and laptop around 2am. Found another Irish instrumental band.

I knew I had interpreted it right by the top comment.
Quote:In a world consumed by blood and hatred, I try to pull away from the creeping darkness by holding onto the slightest of lights... I gaze up into the sky, into space... the infinite void that surrounds my ever so meaningless existence... and my heart and soul long for the veracity of this all mighty, forever watchful entity, to look after me... the bane of my insanity...
I mean, fuck me, that beats anything I read in church or school... made me think about the WordPress blogs I used to stumble upon too. Way back before the Internet was big and blogging wasn't ego-centric. You'd find anonymous pieces like that with no comments, no likes and they were things of beauty.
So the sun started rising and I had a shower and made a cooked breakfast. I ate whilst watching a documentary on The Pirate Bay.

It made me sad to realise the same things again regarding the corrupt systems I was awakened to at 12 and have spent so many years considering. It's fucked up how the youth are punished by men who want to watch the world burn.
I am reminded of the degree I am half-heartedly studying and the cognitive dissonance to attend the rest of my final year. This isn't anything new and Tony Soprano tells me so but I wonder how I become a man.
If I stick to my convictions I am surely dead or imprisoned.

Typical work day:
Stumble around the condo until coffee is made (I always think I set the timer correctly and I never do), carry it into the shower with me and stand in the hot spray sipping it until I'm awake enough to do anything else. Finish getting ready for work.
The entrance to my workplace should read "Abandon all hope, ye who enter here." I spend all day paying invoices and talking to truckers on the phone who have a double digit IQ and work for a triple digit income. I also receive phone calls like this (not joking about the way it's transcribed):
Me (answering the ring): Galvan Industries.
Person: Who?
Me: Galvan Industries
Person: Who dat?
Me: ...a...galvanizing company?
Person: Someone called me from this number.
Me: Okay...sir/ma'am, if they didn't leave a message, I wouldn't know who in the office to send you to.
Person: what do you do?
Me: we galvanize steel and sell electrical products
Person: I don't know about that. Why they callin' me?
Me: I don't know. Wrong number maybe?
Person: Well they shouldn't call
Me: I apologize, I'm sure it was a wrong number.
Person: Someone's punkin' me!
Me: [sigh]
Person: [slamming down phone]
8 hours of this, and then I either go to the gym for an hour to an hour and a half afterwards, or I run to the grocery store to buy a couple ingredients for dinner that night.
Then I take the dog out. This requires digging through hair longer than my hand to find his collar, then getting pulled around by a 15lb blond ewok-looking creature who has bigger metaphorical balls than most dobermans I know. Seriously - he tried to take on one of my dad's horses.
Evenings are spent cooking, reading and talking to my boyfriend. Later in the year I'll be planting seeds.
Weekends I wake up late and spend most of the day playing Skyrim, cleaning the condo, and making a relaxing run to Target. I usually work in a walk or two with the dog then so that I get some exercise. I feel very domestic. Once it warms up again, one of those days will be devoted to photography.

Just so you know, Adobe's CS2 is now completely free to download from Adobe themselves.

My second part of the day came a lot easier.
Got a message off a girl in my course checking to see how I was. So I thought I might as well turn up and set my sleeping pattern straight. On my walk to campus the air was fresh with a milkshake pink and bubblegum blue sky behind dark green pine trees and I saw an old friend from first year. I went to the wrong lecture room but guessed the right one second time around and got there on time. Success!
The lecturer mentioned the benefits of positive reinforcement and why it was a better motivator than stress. He also explained that apparently people need food, water, and an environment. It probably was a more worthwhile reminder than it should have been as I'd recently tried to enter a 4th dimension during an irregular eating/sleeping cycle.
I bumped into my house-mate on the way out and walked back with him. We had a discussion on staring and smiling at strangers as they went past on the street - he left me to go shopping and told me to smile at all the girls going home - what is the worst that can happen?
I decided to do it for a laugh, partly in the hope that something horrific would happen that I could tell him. Perhaps an unintended rapey smirk that ended up scaring someone into a bus. But I ended up having a cool conversation with a girl from my school back home that I hadn't seen in 2 years.
We parted ways and I waited at the lights, watching all of the socially anxious people cross prematurely and almost get run-over, inevitably causing more road rage and uncertainty.
Oh, silly people, I used to be just like you...

spent the other day in work lifting heavy wardrobes and washing machines and stuff, then later going to the gym and working even harder
Are you ready for the fire? We are firemen. WE ARE FIREMEN! The heat doesn’t bother us. We live in the heat. We train in the heat. It tells us that we’re ready, we’re at home, we’re where we’re supposed to be. Flames don’t intimidate us. What do we do? We control the flame. We control them. We move the flames where we want to. And then we extinguish them.
Impersonation is treason.

Last night, I went downtown to school for the first time since Mum died, and returned to watch Raising Arizona (hilarious, what else can you expect from the Coen Brothers) and Fantastic Planet (almost unwatchable if sober), and finally decided upon a mattress to replace mine. I also started "The Bluest Eye" on the train ride downtown.
Comparing the Universal Oneness of All Life to Yo Mama since 2010.
I was born with the gift of laughter and a sense the world is mad.

Spent all day on campus. Knackered but it was worth it for one module. I have a 74 year old businessman as a lecturer and he is brilliant to learn off as an aspiring entrepreneur.
If only all lecturers had that experience and passion for helping people to learn.
