Born this way, baby
RE: Born this way, baby
But the Abomination wasn't born that way! Totally different topic, really.
"Well, evolution is a theory. It is also a fact. And facts and theories are different things, not rungs in a hierarchy of increasing certainty. Facts are the world's data. Theories are structures of ideas that explain and interpret facts. Facts don't go away when scientists debate rival theories to explain them. Einstein's theory of gravitation replaced Newton's in this century, but apples didn't suspend themselves in midair, pending the outcome. And humans evolved from ape- like ancestors whether they did so by Darwin's proposed mechanism or by some other yet to be discovered."

I've always said this world needs more abominations.

Since noone want to dictate my position in this "debate", I'll take the position that the OP is making a baseless assertion and has zero proof of the title of this thread.
I refer back to this post as evidence for my position.
Specifically, this part:
Quote:... but even as late as the age of fourteen and fifteen I did not feel any sexual desire for either gender...

Of course, you conveniently overlooked this and this.

No I didn't... Are you saying they've found the "gay gene"?

You may have also overlooked this statement.

Science shows that genetics plays a major role in sexual orientation. Science has not, however, provided any evidence that sexual orientation is a choice.

And you ignored Jonh V's remark about twin studies. So now what? Do you have anything conclusive?

Yes, but apparently you have nothing other than 'tis abominashun. Obviously, your only goal is to be a nuisance, because you have yet to provide any proof to back up your rather ridiculous claim. Whereas, I have provided plenty of articles to suggest that sexual orientation is not a choice. And last I checked, twin studies supported the same thing in those articles.

What the fuck does being an abomination have to do with the position I took? And I'll point out your own word... "suggest..." I want conclusive, demostratable, verifiable evidence of your assertion as stated in the title.

What exactly are you debating and what exactly is your position?
