Crystal Skull was a turd. I nearly walked out of the theater when they started using CGI for many of their stunt scenes.
Absolutely unbearable.

If Crystal Skull was a turd, Temple of Doom was a racist and sexist watery pile of diarrhea.

Just to be contrary I am going to answer a different question. I have tried X number of favorites before and it is too hard. Instead I have gone through most of my movie collection and listed the ones I watch at least once a year. If I catch any of them on cable I will watch them again regardless of having seen them recently. These are a fair fraction of the movies I just enjoy watching. There is no particular order.
This is also biased against newer movies such as Watchman, Suckerpunch and Avatar which I expect will become members of the group.
The Sword and the Sorcerer
The Night They Raided Minsky's
The Pirate Movie
Xanadu
Jesus Christ Superstar
The Blues Brothers
Buckaroo Banzai
Flash Gordon
Dune
Forbidden Planet
Krull
Howard the Duck
Wrath of the Titans – the original that doesn't suck
Network
Red Dawn – the original that doesn't suck
Re-animator – Troma
An American Werewolf in London
Big Trouble in Little China
Anything written, directed or breathed on by Joss Whedon not his Game of Thrones brother
A big fraction of whatever is produced by Troma
