I okay with some very subtle forms of Psi phenomena, could be something there, maybe. Not that it matters that much to me. But worldwide conspiracy? I find that highly unlikely.

The RV program was abandoned because no instances of RV occurred. That was the biggest portion of the 20mil project..btw (the project itself was a grab bag of idiotic shit). That's probably why the paper reads "US sponsered pyschic spying". The 'ed denotes the past tense usage of the word. Again, the military is not interested in RV, and was never very interested to begin with-because it failed to produce results.

We use drones and satellites, because they actually produce intel. You see, our military has vast amounts of money allotted to them to develop weapon systems, and part of that is intel gathering. They'll look into anything that has a potential military application. They'll provide funds to researchers and firms who make the good sell - but before they really let anyone belly up to the trough, they require a successful demonstration of the weaponized technology (or any ancillary-logistics, intel, etc).

To me, The Illuminati is a just group of extremely wealthy and powerful individuals who wish to covertly expand their sphere of influence in a number of different areas. I believe that they have massively infiltrated the global political system, the global economic system, the entertainment industry, the mass media and The Vatican.

That seems pointless. The ultra-wealthy are, by virtue of their wealth, very powerful and influential and able to legally and openly put their fingers into many different pies. There doesn't seem to be much that they need to do covertly in order to gain any more influence or power than is already within reach via legal means.

Perhaps a little research on the journal the first is offered in and the researchers involved would have sent off the same red flags for you - I'll still read through, but I'm expecting to be sorely disappointed. Just to be clear, you're advancing the idea of a heart as a sensory - and even extra-sensory organ due to what you feel is contained within this paper, correct?

Similar to the above, there are definitely some red flags that should have went up in this study-even if you weren't aware of how thoroughly discredited this particular study already is - being first put out in '93....... But again, just to be clear, you're advancing the idea that our skin is an extra-sensory organ (we're already aware that it's a sensory organ so no quibbles there) based upon what you feel is contained within this paper, correct?

I'd call both conjectures magic, personally-and I reckon that the vast majority of people who understand that whats being bandied about is precognition (of a very limited but mysterious kind) would be tempted to agree...so this will be a breakthrough - if it pans out.

I wouldn't call them Illuminati. That's a name we give them. But freemasons have different degrees, and there is a lot of top ranking freemasons that are rich and influential.

Do you believe in God/ Higher Being? Because that's a pre-requisite to joining most freemason lodges in Europe, don't know about elsewhere.
