Here we go. I will give you the benefit of the doubt. Atheism is not a worldview, hence no bias can come from it. An atheist is just someone that does not believe the claims of theists that a god exists. What you just said is a strawman. You spoke of stereotypes, but didn't realize that you are making a false one about atheists (a strawman). There are many christian scientists these days, no one ever said nor there is a requirement that scientists must be atheists.
Now, show us the proof that science is being bent to fit some "atheist bias" or apologize for doing exactly what you accuse atheists of doing.

I know I was making a stereotype, but that seems to be the order of the day. How many Atheists have been asked to apologize for their strawmen?
We all use strawmen sometimes, but it is the intelligent people that can see past them.

Hello and welcome to AF! ^_^
When I was young, there was a god with infinite power protecting me. Is there anyone else who felt that way? And was sure about it? but the first time I fell in love, I was thrown down - or maybe I broke free - and I bade farewell to God and became human. Now I don't have God's protection, and I walk on the ground without wings, but I don't regret this hardship. I want to live as a person. -Arina Tanemura

Great start, it'll be difficult not to take you seriously now. Welcome.
I wasn't going to be taken serious anyway because I have the C word next to my Religious Affiliation. I might as well introduce myself with a Big Bang right? Atheist humor, get it? Well, Evolutionist humor, but most Atheists are Evolutionist. Unless you believe in Panspermia? O_o
Apparently I won't be taken as an individual for having that A word next to my religious affiliation! Alright, you want to know what I think?
I think that if "evolutionist" is a proper word (is it, btw?) it should mean evolution scientists. Just like biologist means scientists who study biology. (but of course we actually call evolution scientists evolutionary biologists) I have enough respect for them to not call myself that. Do I subscribe to the theory of evolution? Yes. Do I subscribe to the germ theory? Yes. Does that make me doubly atheist and a germist?
What else do you know about me? This is fascinating.

Hello and Welcome. Please, have a cookie.
To answer your first question, a persons religious affiliation does not explain a persons intelligence.
I have a few of my own however, let me know if you want me to shot.

This is called the "atheistforums," so I assumed I could make broad far reaching generalizations and stereotypes about "Atheists." Aren't most Atheists collectivists anyway?

I don't enjoy talking to someone who accuses me of all sorts of thing and i have to prove myself an individual before i'll be taken as one. If you want to discuss other topics open threads and i'll be happy to contribute my thoughts. Good day.

Are you trying to stoke some fires? You're going to push people away faster than you can start a conversation with them if you're going to jump on the boards here and start throwing accusations of stereotypes all over the place.
In the spirit of understanding, I submit to you that all atheists deny the existence of god(s), but, aside from a few similarities among us, we tend to have many differing world views. Your question, which is rhetorical in nature "Aren't most Atheists collectivists anyway?" is an observation that is not based in fact, and therefore is an argument from ignorance (unless you can show empirical data to go in favor of your claim).
Just tread lightly when making the above statements, because it will leave you open to all sorts of intellectual assaults from very knowledgeable people on this site. You may not be looking to make friends here. That's fine, but you should definitely be looking to learn a thing or two; perhaps you can pass your knowledge off to others along the way.
