When I was young, there was a god with infinite power protecting me. Is there anyone else who felt that way? And was sure about it? but the first time I fell in love, I was thrown down - or maybe I broke free - and I bade farewell to God and became human. Now I don't have God's protection, and I walk on the ground without wings, but I don't regret this hardship. I want to live as a person. -Arina Tanemura

Sure there is otherwise the climbers wouldn't bother to move around looking for better condition to prosper.

Botanists understand how exactly these plants can move, and, the fun part is, there is no consciousness necessary. Next please.

Who are you and what does your Pope-making authority entail? Are you Zombie Christ?

rico Wrote:As far as the worm does not like to be crushed and mashed then it means that consciousness is there.

Do you have to make a conscious effort to breathe, or does your body do it for you automatically? The reason so many people drown is because an automatic reflex of the body is to draw in huge gulps of air when the flow of oxygen is cut off from the lungs. Our stupid human bodies are what kill us in these situations, and this is all done without having to make a single conscious thought.

So...when a worm begins to squirm because their nervous system goes into shock, are they consciously trying to avoid being squished, or are automatic reflexes kicking in? Perhaps you should read up on that before you make your fallacious analogies.

Without consciousness you are a robot but a worm is not a robot so this consciousness show that he is someone.

At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist.  This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair.  Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second.  That means there's a situation vacant.'

Whoa! Hold on there just a second! Yoga is a sacred art form that can only be truly understood in combination with the scripture of the Church of the Yogage. Please refrain from sending crazy folk to my church.

Botanist study physical science not intuitional science so it will be quite difficult to know what is outside their competency.
Oh, by the way if you know for sure all about consciousness can you tell me at what stage in the evolution it is manifested.
If as you say is not in manifested in plants where is it?
In some animals? In the human beings? Nowhere?Thinking

Analogies?
You are comparing the more advanced consciousness of a human being with a primitive consciousness of a worm?
Anyway you stated that..........their nervous system goes into shock..........how do you know that is the nervous system that goes into shock and not the consciousness?
Does the car goes into shock when there is an accident or the driver goes into shock?
You just said that the nervous system goes into shock when in reality is the worm going into shock.
What a disaster!!!
It would help if you could read some of Darwin intuition.
Is not that i fully agree with him but in something i do agree.

What the actual fuck is "intuitional science"?
Skepticism is not a position; it is an approach to claims.
Science is not a subject, but a method.

I suspect that it's one of those sciences that studies things that cannot be studied.
"Well, evolution is a theory. It is also a fact. And facts and theories are different things, not rungs in a hierarchy of increasing certainty. Facts are the world's data. Theories are structures of ideas that explain and interpret facts. Facts don't go away when scientists debate rival theories to explain them. Einstein's theory of gravitation replaced Newton's in this century, but apples didn't suspend themselves in midair, pending the outcome. And humans evolved from ape- like ancestors whether they did so by Darwin's proposed mechanism or by some other yet to be discovered."

Where can I go to study this "intuitional science?"

What are the chances that, if I tried to get a job in a lab based on my knowledge of intuitional science, I will get laughed right off the fucking planet and into space, where the stars will laugh at my lifeless body eternally, because of the shit I tried to pull?

I keep trying to imagine an experiment where you gather the results intuitionally. Seems like it might be awfully hard to avoid personal bias in such an arrangement.

But let me set aside my own imagination and intuition for the moment and just ask for clarification. What is intuitional science and what about it makes it "science"? Does it make use of the scientific method?
