Mutations disprove the theory of upward evolution
RE: Mutations disprove the theory of upward evolution
What are your educational qualifications to ask such questions?
Christian apologetics is the art of rolling a dog turd in sugar and selling it as a donut.

Said one, "I can't believe there are people this stupid in the world."

I consider it an ongoing teachable moment for my kids on the dangers of Christian belief. Grace is one of the best "recruiting tools" atheists could wish for. Please let the idiocy continue.

Come on now guys, Grace's stupidity is not caused by her christianity, she is just naturally stupid and so was drawn towards it. Its a result of stupidity, not a cause

Stupidity left to its own devices sometimes results in humility and a determination to actually learn. That's hard to do once you've drunk the Kool-Aid and think you have all the answers. Grace's particular brand of stupid is a direct result of his/her idolatry of the Bible.

So you have observed abiogenesis in the lab?

Are you saying there are no mutations?

If they are not errors what are they? purposeful new design.

Have you observed one kind having an offspring of another kind?
Every question here demonstrates a fundamental misunderstanding of evolutionary theory and genetic mechanism. If I address those misunderstandings, are you going to listen, or are you going to ignore me and keep repeating them?
Edit- Because unless you tell me you know how to listen, trying to educate you is going to be a waste of my time.

Ignore and repeat is his well established modus operandi. The chances of change are small.

Oops! But can one ever have too much crockoduck in a thread such as this?

OP, are you familiar with this model:

1. Unconsciously incompetent (don't know what you don't know)
2. Consciously incompetent (knowing of gaps in knowledge)
3. Consciously competent (You are aware of your skill/knowledge)
4. Unconsciously competent (Mastery, skill/knowledge is ingrained)

Everyone and their respective knowledge falls somewhere on this model. Where do you suppose you fall viz knowledge of evolution?

This is a paradigmatic example of what religion does to a persons mind...

Miller-Yurey experiment.

Quote:Have you observed one kind having an offspring of another kind?

Have you found me a source claiming that this is what evolution is yet?

Clock's ticking!

Miller-Yurey experiment produced a few amino acids. They are not living things. No one claims that.

Also the experiment was controlled by an intelligent scientist.

No abiogenesis there.

This is something that listening isn't.

BTW, if one 'kind' had offspring of another 'kind' without human intervention like implanting an embryo of another species, it would disprove evolution in one fell swoop. You misunderstand evolution so badly that you think something that would disprove it would prove it. You're demanding a crocoduck, thinking it's clever to demand something atheist scientists can't deliver, but its existence would prove they are wrong.

Stupidity of this magnitude is criminal. Fuck me, believe whatever horse shit you want, Gracie, but telling experts in their respective fields they're wrong on the strength of a goat fucker's novel is insane!
