Yuck. Fast food is downright awful compared to what I grew up with. Then again, I know how to cook my own meals from scratch.
I ate two whoppers quickly in a row and then chips when I was 14... and I was only about half full.
By the time I was 17 I was 11 and a half stone in weight but now at 21 I'm like 9 stone 2-4 and I feel physically really refreshed (and I also got only a few decimal points away from my ideal BMI on Wii fit) YAY. EvF
