I'm not against the evolution , but "human" evolution is a theory and still cannot explain some points . In this case I cant accept it as a "fact" . It maybe true , maybe not . Noone have right to force people to study "human" evolution in schools and force people to believe it .

You didn't read my post, did you? Nor any other post that explains what a theory is. Once again I am disappointed. I had hoped for better, for your sake.

Evolution is a fact, life changes over time, to argue this, is ridiculous. The theory of evolution is the scientific explanations for why it happens. You should take an honest look at it.

It may not be completely correct, but comparing to religious rethoric, it stands miles away, regarding evidence.

Humans are a lifeform and therefore subject to evolution. We are bound to teach what the evidence says in schools, supersticions are left for the temples/madrassas/churches. Go argue god with others that care about bullshit.

There are also evidences for reality of God , why dont you accept it as a "fact" ?

No but if you're a respectable educational establishment, and you have something called 'science class' you will teach evolution, including human evolution, because it is A) science, and B) as factual as anything else we accept as factual (such as the moon orbiting the sun).

There is no question or aspect of human biology that cannot be explained by evolution. If you're aware of one, please tell us what evolution can't explain. I had to sit through hours of religious education, just as I had to sit through hours of science class. If cell biology, genetics and evolution can't be forced in to a science class, then what the hell can? In the Muslim world, children (mainly boys) are forced to study Islam and are told that all elements of it are unquestionable fact. In some parts of the muslim world, girls aren't even taught to read and write so they can't study words for themselves, merely repeat what their elders force down their throat. What do you think was happening when your parents forced religion upon you? At least evolution has evidence to support it, and continues to strengthen with every new species that is documented and every genome that is sequenced. Religion gets weaker and weaker with every subsequent discovery.
