Only things I flat out avoid are mushrooms and olives. Other than that, I switch it up. Occasionally pepperoni or sausage. Sometimes pineapple with the above. Onions are good in combo with anything.
And then there's the menu item ones, like thai chicken pizza. I like that quite a bit if I go to Calif. Pizza Kitchen. But it's usually the Papa Johns in my 'hood.
"For me, it is far better to grasp the Universe as it really is than to persist in delusion, however satisfying and reassuring." - Carl Sagan
Pepperoni & bacon. Sometimes Italian sausage if it comes in the little balls.
I like just about everything and will experiment wildly if I can, no sea food though. I will admit to trying and enjoying sfilacci di cavallo while in Italy. Even had a hot dog pizza in Sardinia.
Veggie lovers with broccoli no olives
Hawaiian pizza all the way!!!
Plain cheese or pepperoni. I'm boring about my pizza, but snobbish about it at the same time. When I'm visiting the East Coast, it's a general rule that I must have a least one slice of pizza because it mostly sucks out here, with some exceptions.

I've become spoiled being used to Little Italy (Cleveland Ohio) most of my life pizza here in the south sucks butt! Oh I do miss it!
I do like a good cheese pizza. That used to be the only thing I would eat when I was a kid. I think half the reason that I did that is because the little boy on Home Alone liked cheese pizza, so I decided that was a good decision.
If you're ever in a Portuguese neighborhood see if you can find a pizza shop that has chourice (I hope I'm spelling that correctly). It's delicious on pizza, of course a meat lovers isn't out of the question either.
