Agreed, Tartarus. I'm more of a gemstone girl myself.. I. Love. COLOR! Opals are my favorite, but my last Australian opal fell out of its setting and I'm a tad bitter about the whole thing 
That said, I'd totally wear gemstones set in this setting. Diamonds make me cringe to look at them, because yeah all I see is $$$$$$$$$$ for each one.

If I were to create self aware beings knowing fully what they would do in their lifetimes, I sure wouldn't create a HELL for the majority of them to live in infinitely! That's not Love, that's sadistic. Therefore a truly loving god does not exist!

I don't plan on ever getting married, so I don't want one at all.
However, I love this idea - the engravings (?) are of a voice print of the other person saying "I do". (Ok, so these are wedding rings, but the idea could be adapted for engagements)
