Interesting. It reads to me more like: God represents totalitarian control, repression of knowledge and general denial. The serpent represents the inquisitive nature of man. The apple is knowledge and understanding - the pathway to freedom. The garden is merely a prison cell.

Splutters over her green tea. Repression of knowledge, Serpents being men, the beautiful garden being a prison cell, how on earth did you come to that conclusion? What on earth are you being taught, you poor dear?

Sorry about the tea. What happens when Adam and Eve eat the apple? Do they gain knowledge? Well - in bible speak maybe, what they gain is self awareness. Something that God had denied them. Re-read my explanation - I didn't say the serpent was man now did I? The serpent represents man's inquisitive nature. Décor does not a prison cell define. Were they free to come and go from the garden?

Heck no, they weren't even allowed to eat from a specific tree, so I highly doubt they could have gone beyond the borders of their "beautiful" prison cell.
err, is this lady for real?

It's what happens when you read the text while focusing on what the narrative depicts, rather than the symbolism and conclusions that it wants you to draw.

Why cant I get Javac to work? I have put the correct path to the JDK bin in path directory but Command line still won't recognise it meaning I can't do the development on my windows 7 PC.
