Be careful, Barron's next trick will be getting battlefield re-defined as "anywhere with one of our drones flying over it".

I signed a petition & sent letters to my congresscritters stating my opposition to this guy's nomination.

What's the difference between a drone firing a missile from 30 miles away and an F-18 firing a missile from 30 miles away?

Well, the risk involved for "our guy" is much higher in the case of the F-18 pilot than it is for the operator sitting in some air-conditioned Arizona bunker snacking on potato chips, killing people on a screen with the touch of a few buttons. Drones make war clean and easy, and I fear, more acceptable.
