What do you not know?

A thread to list things you don't know how to do that most people do in fact know how to do.
I never was taught how to build a paper airplane.
I don't know how to snap my fingers.
I don't know how to tie a tie.
I don't know any card games.
I don't know the rules to most sports.

I don't know how to quilt I'm the only one in my family who never learned.
I also can't speak French fluently like my relatives.
I can't twerk.
Or play the violin.
Sing on key.
Someone needs to teach me to whistle.

Of all the things I know I know I know that a proportion of them in fact I don't know but just think I know but of course I don't know which things I know I know I don't know!
