I see a lot of disingenuous shit bags here misinterpreting the theory of evolution, claiming it doesn't meet their standard of scientific evidence (pretending they even understand what that is). Since creationists are so good at putting their big boy (or girl) pants on and being skeptical when it comes to the mountain of facts contradicting their biblical worldview, let's try this: What IS the scientific evidence that a super genius created the world in six days, including all living creatures, dinosaurs and man, roaming side-by-side, 6,000 years ago? Anyone?

There are whole websites of that shit. Seems an odd question to ask a forum of Atheists.

Perhaps you missed the entire section for religion which seems to spawn a never-ending army of creationist nut jobs/science "skeptics."

While there may be whole websites regarding creationism - there is NOT ONE single research paper - published by an accredited peer reviewed scientific journal - that even suggests that the Universe MIGHT have been created in 6 days - none at all.

BUT the Bible > all scientific research papers.

And the bible is just another of a great number of religious MYTH documents - all of which have problems when compared to reality - rendering them worthless

I don't believe a god created us, or anything else like any other open minded logical person.
But I still have my reservations on the "theory of evolution" ...

Why does our species of primate have the potential for intelligence when other apes with equally big brains do not.
In all these last few hundreds of thousands of years, not one ape decided to grab a piece of branch, find a rock and tie the rock to the stick with a bit of reed or something? And then proceed to bash fuck out of any intruder trying to take over his territory? I would've thought that progress in primates at least was a part of evolution...

Enter spaceman theory...

One of the main reasons people believe the six day creation is that the Jews base their calendar on it. It's the year 5574 on the Jewish calendar, which started from creation.

Not trying to split hairs here, but the Hebrew Calendar actually begins 1 year before creation. Not sure how they rectify that one! Thinking

Consider the timescale that evolution takes place on. Consider also that apes do use tools, sometimes. Finally, consider the possibility that you're living in the era before intelligence advances in other primate species, and not in the era where we should be seeing that. Just because something isn't happening right this second, oh my god, doesn't mean it can't ever happen, won't happen, or is not happening at a pace undetectable to the human lifespan.

Exactly. First define the criteria for “intelligence“ before concluding that only humans have it.
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist.  This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair.  Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second.  That means there's a situation vacant.'

Thanks for the information.

If the story about Adam & Eve is true then how did Assyria and Cush exist at the same time? No one seems to know for sure where Cush was, placing it all over the map.
