They're ruling his death a homicide. It's a refreshing surprise to see at least one instance in which badge-wearing murderers might face actual justice instead of a slap on the wrist.

It doesn't seem like many of these murderers ever face legal action of any kind.

I doubt there would have been a finding of homicide if a video of the event hadn't gone viral before the NYPD could circle the wagons. I'm not going to hold my breath waiting for justice to be done.
