Of course, but I can;t really differentiate between jesus and paul...lol, systematically speaking. Jesus seems to have been whomever paul wanted him to be, and paul seems to have been whomever people wanted -him- to be. To me, jesus was a device by which Paul layed out -his- own theology. I think churches out to have effigies of Paul in them (up there behind the altar),. rather than effigies of christ, but that's just my opinion.
I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. I am the Queen of Battle. I am what my country expects me to be, the best trained Soldier in the world. In the race for victory, I am swift, determined, and courageous, armed with a fierce will to win. Never will I fail my country’s trust. Always I fight on…through the foe, to the objective, to triumph overall. If necessary, I will fight to my death. By my steadfast courage, I have won more than 200 years of freedom. I yield not to weakness, to hunger, to cowardice, to fatigue, to superior odds, For I am mentally tough, physically strong, and morally straight. I forsake not, my country, my mission, my comrades, my sacred duty. I am relentless. I am always there, now and forever. I AM THE INFANTRY! FOLLOW ME!

It's a funny video and I love mitchell and webb but obviously it doesn't mean that Jesus was racist, the parable is just about different people who walked past a man who was dying and it happened to be a Samaritan who helped him.
The parable is a story Jesus told after a man asked him who is the neighbor who he should love. Jesus said love thy neighbor, the man asked who is my neighbor. Then Jesus told the story that a man was beaten and was dying and local people walked past him but a samaritan walked to him and aided him and that Samaritan was acting as the mans neighbor. Meaning we should all be neighbors to each other no matter where we are from or our backgrounds.
Are you ready for the fire? We are firemen. WE ARE FIREMEN! The heat doesn’t bother us. We live in the heat. We train in the heat. It tells us that we’re ready, we’re at home, we’re where we’re supposed to be. Flames don’t intimidate us. What do we do? We control the flame. We control them. We move the flames where we want to. And then we extinguish them.
Impersonation is treason.

Mitchell and Webb, not Monty Python. Although it is Brianesque. Also, Jews weren't written as 'better', they just had a unique responsibility.
Oh, sorry. Wrong source.
A unique responsibility for what? Spreading the word of a god who is supposedly omnipresent and already known throughout the world?

The debate on whether C1 Jews routinely tried to proselytise remains active, with the current majority saying not. Although their monotheism was very unusual or unique, they didn't appear to push it too hard. Their vocation was rather different.
(Rereads note to self from a few years ago- “ Never post about something you read in N.T.Wright until you've finished the book”. Shakes head and sighs.)
Israel was given the vocation to bring rescue and restoration to the human race, passing judgement on human wickedness in order to establish true humanness. This would re-establish God's rule over the cosmos. It's the blessing to Abraham (Genesis 18:18).
The track record of success as recorded in the OT wasn't great, so any sense of being 'better' than everyone else would be short lived. In fact, they became as much part of the problem as everyone else.
The Early Christian narrative was that Jesus had sorted this mess out.

This quote is attributed to Paul, not Jesus.
Jesus, if he ever existed, was worm food by the time Paul "saw the light."
The odds that "paul" ever existed are very slight.

It's more likely that Paul existed than Jesus. Someone had to write all that bullshit.
