Oh hell, I forgot Naked Lunch. By far the strangest movie (& one of the strangest books) I've ever seen / read.
"How is it that a lame man does not annoy us while a lame mind does? Because a lame man recognizes that we are walking straight, while a lame mind says that it is we who are limping." - Pascal
BTW, I've visited some The Shining websites and that movie has some weird ass shit in it folks don't even notice when they watch the movie.
I gather quite a bit of the weirdness was right from Kubrick but some might be continuity errors. Furniture moving around from scene to scene, the incredible number of doorways in the Overlook that could not have gone anywhere. Also, there are stairways and hallways that cannot go where they seem to go. And then the movie itself, for instance, all the snow is actually salt, the movie was filmed in summer.
Dunno if it counts because it's only like fifty minutes long, but Dead Leaves is one of the strangest things I've ever seen committed to film. The lead characters wake up naked and amnesiac (one of them has a TV set for a head), steal some clothes and food, go on a huge police chase and get sentenced to imprisonment on the moon all in the first five minutes.
From there, shit just goes insane, and also one of the secondary characters has a giant drill for a dick.

"I think I use the term “radical” rather loosely, just for emphasis. If you describe yourself as “atheist,” some people will say, “Don’t you mean ‘agnostic’?” I have to reply that I really do mean atheist, I really do not believe that there is a god; in fact, I am convinced that there is not a god (a subtle difference). I see not a shred of evidence to suggest that there is one ... etc., etc. It’s easier to say that I am a radical atheist, just to signal that I really mean it, have thought about it a great deal, and that it’s an opinion I hold seriously." - Douglas Adams (and I echo the sentiment)

There is one called "Keane" I watched years ago which was really fuckin weird and low budget but good at the time. Tbh from what I remember the trailer is basically the whole movie. I appreciate the mentalness of it more now as well:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uTCqP-lrTRI I'd class Leon and Taxi Driver also as weird.
I'd classify "The man from Earth" as a weird movie. Fully set in a single living room and it manages to be engaging.
