I'd make a statue of the kid in the same pose, venerate it, hire a guy to dress up like jesus, have him hump the statue, photograph it, post the pics on FB, and see what happened Thinking

Is this merely another sign of those of the religious persuasion worshipping graven images? And tacky ones, to boot.

The law none-the-less looks pretty unconstitutional to me. It's freedom of speech. Now if he were trespassing to get the photo. . .
