RE: Hide tags button?

Seriously, CM, your hide tags are only a right click (or whatever is analogous on an iPad) away.
bbCodeinsert is your friend.
"There remain four irreducible objections to religious faith: that it wholly misrepresents the origins of man and the cosmos, that because of this original error it manages to combine the maximum servility with the maximum of solipsism, that it is both the result and the cause of dangerous sexual repression, and that it is ultimately grounded on wish-thinking." ~Christopher Hitchens, god is not Great

It's a bitch to type in hide tags on an iPad. You have to hit the special character menu button twice to even get to the screen where the square brackets keys are located, and to create the close tags you have to hit the special character button twice to get to the square brackets, then once again to go back to the other special characters menu for the forward slash.
Here's the procedure for doing it:
special character menu button > special character menu button > open square bracket > return to Keyboard screen > type HIDE > special character menu button > special character menu button > close square bracket
return to Keyboard screen > Type message you want hidden
special character menu button > special character menu button > open square bracket > special character menu button > forward slash > return to Keyboard screen > type HIDE > special character menu button > special character menu button > close square bracket
Consequently, when I'm on my iPad I avoid formatting like the plague. (I guess Ebola would be a more timely disease to avoid right now) :p
My sympathies. I didn't think about smart phone and pads. Buttons would help.
