I wish Allie would do an accent tag.

Could not think of a comment. The video says it all.
You make people miserable and there's nothing they can do about it, just like god.

Important things. -- Ned Flanders Once something's been approved by the government, it's no longer immoral. -- The Rev Lovejoy RE: Peanut Gallery Commentary on the Staff Log of Bannings and such like.

"There remain four irreducible objections to religious faith: that it wholly misrepresents the origins of man and the cosmos, that because of this original error it manages to combine the maximum servility with the maximum of solipsism, that it is both the result and the cause of dangerous sexual repression, and that it is ultimately grounded on wish-thinking." ~Christopher Hitchens, god is not Great

"Well, evolution is a theory. It is also a fact. And facts and theories are different things, not rungs in a hierarchy of increasing certainty. Facts are the world's data. Theories are structures of ideas that explain and interpret facts. Facts don't go away when scientists debate rival theories to explain them. Einstein's theory of gravitation replaced Newton's in this century, but apples didn't suspend themselves in midair, pending the outcome. And humans evolved from ape- like ancestors whether they did so by Darwin's proposed mechanism or by some other yet to be discovered."

It's January in the southern hemisphere i.e. summer. She clearly went to the beach, got caught in a riptide which swept her kilometers out to sea where she almost drowned if it wasn't for the mermaid prince that saved her life by kissing her allowing her to breath underwater. The prince inlisted her help to battle the evil japaneses whale hunters and was very impressed by her ability and beauty. However, the one way romantic wasn't meant to be because of .... um ... bedroom issues. So she swam back home where she continues to work as a surgeon by day, and a badass by night. So, nothing out of her ordinary experience. |
