I don't understand how you can give consent to non-consensual sex. He claims women want raped- rape is forced sex without consent and against the victim's will- so he's claiming women want forced sex that they don't want. Or he just doesn't know what rape means. The moment a person wants it to happen and gives consent, it's no longer rape, yeah? It's a bit like saying "the bachelor was a married man."
Basically, he's a dude walking the streets, not locked up, with the mind set of "no means yes." The dude is fucking dangerous.

Even if we let that slide. Not all women are in to consensual nonconsent. Someone who thinks otherwise seems dangerous to me.
